Under The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 we are duty bound to comply with certain regulations which are designed to ensure that the data you provide us is processed with due care and attention.
What sort of Data is collected?
We collect personal data about you to assist in the recruitment/placement process. Such data consists of information such as your name, address, qualifications, work history, email address, telephone numbers, yours and clients' responses and assessments - and by law we are required to record your nationality. We do not pass this information on or use it for any further contact unless requested or agreed.

• We will ensure your data is protected and your privacy is kept.
• We will not sell or in any way distribute or make public your personal information.
• We will never spam you.
• We only collect and process your data when necessary.
• Sophie Bell & Associates processes personal data as a controller and processor, as defined in the directive and the GDPR.

• Sophie Bell & Associates will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers. We will never provide access to our data base to a non-trusted third party.
